Our story begins with a weekend bread baker, Milt, and his passion for making sourdough bread. Family, friends, and his wife (that's me, Margot), have been the enthusiastic noshers of Milt’s bread as he’s perfected his recipe over the past 15 years. There are only so many loaves of bread you can eat in a weekend so Margot found another outlet for his day-old sourdough bread: croutons, a.k.a morsels! When family and friends started eating them by the handfuls, she knew they had to turn these delicious morsels into a snack everyone could enjoy. And here we are today, sharing the morsel love with you.
