As Margot’s Morsels are a food product, we do not take returns even if the package is unopened. We're confident that you'll be delighted with your Margot’s Morsels purchase, but should you have any problems with your order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist and resolve any issues.
Shipping and Delivery:
We ship our products bi-weekly. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you need your morsels by a specific date, please choose the appropriate shipping method to insure you receive them on time. We do not require a signature on delivery unless specifically requested.
We are not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer or for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We send all orders with tracking numbers, so you will be able to track the progress of your order.
