Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets and then halved
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 Cup of finely crushed Margot’s Morsels Primo Parmesan, Simply Sea Salt, Killer Garlic, or Rockin’ Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs or herbs de Provence
1/4 C shredded or grated Paresan cheese
salt 
black pepper
Squeeze of lemon juice
Sprinkle of crushed red pepper for a little bite, once out of the oven

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine Margot’s Morsels crumbs, paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper together in a small dish

Place the cauliflower pieces in a large bowl, then add olive oil, minced garlic, and the Morsel/herb mixture. Toss well to coat the cauliflower.

Place all the cauliflower pieces, flat side down, on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.

Take it out of the oven and sprinkle the cheese over all the pieces. Squeeze lemon juice and add a little crushed red pepper, if desired.

Tip

You can crush Margot's Morsels into a fine breadcrumb for this recipe or try Margot's Morsels Crazy Crumbs in Garlic, Sea Salt, or Parmesan.
