Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine Margot’s Morsels crumbs, paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper together in a small dish
Place the cauliflower pieces in a large bowl, then add olive oil, minced garlic, and the Morsel/herb mixture. Toss well to coat the cauliflower.
Place all the cauliflower pieces, flat side down, on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
Take it out of the oven and sprinkle the cheese over all the pieces. Squeeze lemon juice and add a little crushed red pepper, if desired.
